Gilda Lavia Gallery in Rome is pleased to host "Tracce", the solo show by the artist Renata Boero
that will open on Wednesday april 17 at 6.30 pm.

After the recent inauguration of the exhibition "Kromo - Kronos", on show at the Museo del Novecento in Milano, the spaces of the roman gallery host a body of significant works for the artist's career.

The chromatic modulations that animate the Boero’s rough canvases consist of the vibration of natural elements and the phenomena of transformation and relationship between them, with which the artist gives life to fascinating chromatic sections. These works contain the in-depth study of symbolism linked to color and the artist's strong relationship with nature and its life cycle.

The chromatic substance of the works on show, coming out from an alchemical process, becomes a personal language capable of evoking perceptions and memories linked to a ritual in which the pigment is not only color, but an olfactory sensation, smell, search for a unity between perception and representation.
